Job Description

:

You will be the main point of contact for the overall travel arrangement of the company and ensure that travel activities are carried out in accordance with the Company's Travel Policy. You will be also supporting the HR department in administrative duties.

Job Responsibilities:



Travel Support



Arrange all travel activities for employees in Singapore and overseas staff in accordance with the Company's Travel Policy. Monitor changes, refunds and booking PNR in GDS system (Amadeus). Provide advice on travel documents, visa applications, travel insurance and other travel-related matters. Arrange all travel activities for the crewing department in crew change (Demobilization and Mobilization). Negotiate for corporate hotel rates by researching and comparing available hotel accommodation in Singapore and overseas. Invoices to be send to Accounts.

General Administrative Support



Office Management: Oversee office operations to ensure an efficient working environment, including supply management, coordinating maintenance, and liaising with vendors. Coordinate with the Building management as POC for any issues Managing inventories of office furniture, equipment, stationery & pantry. Stocking up pantry supplies and checking stocks. Overseeing office housekeeping. Other ad-hoc duties.
Job Type: Permanent

Pay: $3,000.00 - $3,500.00 per month
