Responsibilities: . Prepare and process orders and invoicing . Co-ordinate with dealers, factories and logistic providers on shipping arrangement . Prepare and follow-up on shipping documentation . Update and maintain marketing sales data Requirement : . GCE O' Level/Diploma . Knowledge on Import and Export, and LC transaction knowledge is preferred . Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel . Team player with positive attitude and strong customer orientation . Good communication and analytical skills . Able to work independently and be self-motivated .
