Review digital Records. This includes shifting and checking of files from a database, ensuring that there are no duplicates and outdated files.
Handling of digital records. This includes managing/tracking file movements, and coordinating with different departments to ensure timely routing.
Handling physical records. This includes checking, sorting, packing and shredding of documents. Lifting of heavy loads, boxes, pulping bag. Shredding of documents. Data Entry, Dispatch.
Handle administrative work for Resources department. This includes processing onboarding for officers, updating of org chart/ telephone directory, and internal training coordination.
Any other ad-hoc duties given by the branch.
Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Suite, particularly for Excel.
Experience in Registry and Records Management is highly preferable.

Monday to Thursday: 8.30 am to 6 pm
Friday: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm
