Job Description

- Position Title: Admin Assistant
- Working Location: Jurong Island (Company Transportation Provided, Islandwide)
- Working Hours: 5 days (M-F, 8 AM - 5:45 PM)
- Salary Package: Up to $2,200
- Duration: 3-6 months contract
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence, including sorting, distributing, and responding to mail, email, and phone inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain and update electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring accurate and efficient organization of documents and records.
- Assist with data entry and document preparation, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various administrative tasks.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
- Know basic Microsoft Office
- No relevant working experience required
