Alexandra * Salary

$1800 to $2000 * Work Week

5 days work week - 9 pm to 5.00 pm * Min. Qualification

O-Level * Experience

Responsibilities

  • To assist in the day-to-day office administration
  • Making phone calls to clients
  • Data entry of information into the system
  • Ability to do presentation slides & other reports using Microsoft Powerpoint & Excel
  • To ensure all documentation and filing are done in a proper manner
  • To perform other ad hoc duties as and when assigned
Requirements
  • Min GCE \xe2\x80\x98N\xe2\x80\x99/\xe2\x80\x99O\xe2\x80\x99 Level/Diploma holder or its equivalent
  • At least 1 year of working experience in the related field
  • Excellent customer service skills over the phone
  • Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
  • Willing to work in Alexandra / Bukit Merah area
  • Computer skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Powerpoint & Excel)
