Salary Package: Up to $2,100 + AWS + Mobile Allowance
Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable/ Convertible to perm)
Key Responsibilities
Process daily procurement activities.
Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
Process incoming materials, paperwork and NAV inputs.
Verify and process invoices issued by vendors.
Propose to Business Officer work procedure improvement where necessary.
Performs any other task, including representing the Business department for internal activities and supporting other departments in regard to order processing and logistics arrangement, as instructed by Business Manager.
