• Position Title: Admin Assistant/ Business Assistant

• Working Hours: Mon \xe2\x80\x93 Fri, 8.30 AM \xe2\x80\x93 5.30 PM
• Salary Package: Up to $2,100 + AWS + Mobile Allowance
• Duration: 1-year contract (Renewable/ Convertible to perm)

Key Responsibilities

• Process daily procurement activities.
• Ensure all necessary documents are prepared appropriately and in place for each transaction.
• Process incoming materials, paperwork and NAV inputs.
• Verify and process invoices issued by vendors.
• Propose to Business Officer work procedure improvement where necessary.
• Performs any other task, including representing the Business department for internal activities and supporting other departments in regard to order processing and logistics arrangement, as instructed by Business Manager.
