Prepare quotation, job sheet, invoice & checklist for customer Answering incoming calls Provide administrative support to Project Team Handling and manage of email To monitor and follow up project-related submission To consolidate service reports/checklists and keep proper records Ensure proper documents of all records Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the management



Job Requirements

Minimum "O" level or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office * Minimum Two years of related working experience
