Answer phone call, receiving and collection of goods.
Follow up/check delivery schedule with Japan/China and reply to Customers
Arrange incoming shipment from Japan/China to Local Singapore.
Check stock status for monthly shipment and pass to shipping department, (if no stock need check with Japan/China).
Assist with shipment (will be later stage once can cope up with above job tasks). * Tel
