Screen and manage all incoming calls efficiency, redirect to the respective person and take down order if necessary
Front level to handle customer enquiries and service support (calls/emails/Live Chat)
Responsible for office, pantry and stationery supplies, logbooks,
System data entry/ cold calling etc
File and retrieve of documents, records and reports
Attending and greeting visitors in a professional and friendly manner
Serving of beverage to all guests and customer
Manage incoming and outgoing mails
Coordinate, schedule delivery with local/ overseas (mild) courier services
Adhoc admin duties as per assigned by superior
Requirements :
Min GCE "N"/'O' level or equivalent
Relevant 1-2 years relevant working experience
Able to work independently without much guidance
Full of initiative, committed, meticulous, fast learner
Computer literate in MS office, outlook
Comfortable to work in SME environment
Prefer candidates who can start immediately
