Our client is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity at a fast-paced financial firm.

Description
- Manage various confidential and sensitive administrative tasks
- Arrange and manage meetings and conference calls, including audio and video
- Review and respond to emails received, both internal and external
- Handle incoming phone calls
- Organize and manage schedules and appointments
- Coordinate travel plans for international trips
- Track and reconcile expenses for professionals on a monthly basis
- Communicate and collaborate with international offices, clients, and external consultants
- Provide support to senior administrative staff as needed
- Degree holder with at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity at a fast-paced financial firm.
