Job Description


Our client is looking for candidates with at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity at a fast-paced financial firm.

Description

  • Manage various confidential and sensitive administrative tasks
  • Arrange and manage meetings and conference calls, including audio and video
  • Review and respond to emails received, both internal and external
  • Handle incoming phone calls
  • Organize and manage schedules and appointments
  • Coordinate travel plans for international trips
  • Track and reconcile expenses for professionals on a monthly basis
  • Communicate and collaborate with international offices, clients, and external consultants
  • Provide support to senior administrative staff as needed
Profile
  • Degree holder with at least 1 year of experience working in an administrative capacity at a fast-paced financial firm.
