Job Description






Responsibilities

  • Handling all documents such as \xef\xbb\xbfdocuments for insurance
    cover notes, sending of quotations to sales, and \xef\xbb\xbfcreating stock files.
  • In charge of preparation of reports needed.
  • In charge of updating the operation schedule.
  • Preparation of invoice.
  • Performing of any ad-hoc assignments as required\xef\xbb\xbf\xef\xbb\xbf

Requirements\xef\xbb\xbf
  • 1-2 years experience in similar capacity.
  • Detail oriented and excellent time management.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
