& Requirements
Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office;
Answers phone calls and supports visitors;
Completes operational requirements by scheduling and assigning administrative projects and expediting work results;
Responsible in material inventory;
Liaise with Project Managers in releasing of materials from the warehouse;
Provide month-end inventory report to Finance Department;
Knowledge of Accounting Software (MYOB);
Any other adhoc duties as assigned;
Ability to work in a fast paced environment;
Minimum GCE 'N' Level 'O' Level or equivalent
At least 1 year of relevant experience. Fresh graduate will also be considered.
Possess good initiative with positive attitude
Independent and Responsible
5 days working week (9.00~17.30) with
Bishan Area
Remuneration will depend on qualification and experience.
