Job Description

Assist daily office operations, ensuring optimal functionality Maintain the cleanliness and condition of the office area. Liaison with Office Building Management, including maintenance and repairs work Purchase of Office/Pantry Supplies Coordinate maintenance of office equipment (e.g., printers, copiers) Assist with Office Assets: Inventory Management Organize internal office events Reception Duties such as welcoming visitors, handle mail and courier, meeting arrangement Handle data entry and maintain both digital and physical filing systems. Prepare and format documents such as reports, presentations, and spreadsheets. Any other ad hoc task
Requirements:

Excellent communication Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and handle sensitive information with discretion Knowledge and strong MS office applications. Positive attitude, adaptability, and a problem-solving mindset
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Temporary, Internship, Fresh graduate

Pay: $2,800.00 - $3,500.00 per month
