Central Pass Office, Admin Assistant - Security Job Responsibilities * Running Central Pass Office operations, i.e. Manning of Pass counters, granting of access, Casino Exclusion Order Screening, responding to email or phone queries on pass relate Central Pass Office, Admin Assistant - Security Job Responsibilities Running Central Pass Office operations, i.e. Manning of Pass counters, granting of access, Casino Exclusion Order Screening, responding to email or phone queries on pass related matter, etc. Enrolment of passes of ancillary services (Key Management System, Biometrics ect.) Process pass applications according to SOP & regulatory requirements Administrative duties (Record-keeping, filling etc.) Additional Ad-hoc duties as assigned, if any. Job Requirement Must be computer literate, proficiency in MS Office Compliant mindset Able to handle stress and prioritize tasks as necessary This is a permanent day shift position, must be willing to work on Weekends & Public Holidays Willingness to assist in covering Night shift hours, if required Shortlisted applicants will be required to apply for Casino Special Employee License
