Job Description

Minimum Requirements:



O-level/A-level / Diploma Holder Experience in customer service and is comfortable with speaking to parents over the phone or face-to-face Proficient in Microsoft Excel Able to commit fixed weekend shift from October 2025

Fast learner, on-the-job training will be provided

Working Hours:



Weekend: 8.30am - 6.30pm (about 7 - 10 hours)*

Location:



Clementi (main) Kovan/Tampines (relief duty if needed)

Responsibilities:



Handles day-to-day operations at our tuition centre, eg. collecting payment, notes printing, replying whatsapp, handling call-ins/walk-ins, attendance taking Call parents/leads to follow up on enquiries Any other ad hoc tasks as assigned
Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $12.00 - $14.00 per hour

Experience:

Customer service: 1 year (Preferred) Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Required)
Work Location: In person
