Join Us at Good School Learning Hub - Part-Time Admin Assistant

Looking for a meaningful way to spend your weekends while earning some pocket money?
Whether you're a student or a homemaker with some free time, we'd love for you to be part of our Good School family!

We're a friendly tuition centre in Clementi, and we're looking for someone who's warm, cheerful, and enjoys helping others. Don't worry if you don't have prior experience - as long as you're willing to learn, we'll guide you along the way!

What You'll Be Doing:

Be the friendly face of our centre - greeting parents and students, taking attendance, answering calls/WhatsApp, and helping with simple admin tasks. Assist with payments and printing notes for classes. Chat with parents or follow up on enquiries over the phone (we'll guide you on what to say). Have fun helping us create/edit social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) using Canva. Lend a hand with other small tasks that keep the centre running smoothly.
What We're Looking For:

Minimum O/A-Level or Diploma holder

Comfortable chatting with parents, whether face-to-face or over the phone. Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and some design skills with

Canva or Figma

(don't worry, we'll help you get better!). Friendly, reliable, and able to work well both independently and with a small team. Willing to commit to

Sunday shifts (Feb 2026 - Oct 2026)

, with the possibility of extra weekday hours if required. A quick learner - on-the-job training will be provided.
