Job Description

Job Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to respective department in the company as assigned to ensure effective and efficient operations;
• Handle filing, sorting document, data entry and/or related clerical services as assigned by respective HODs of the department;
• Ensure smooth operations of the reception;
• Greet visitors in a professional manner and direct them to the appropriate parties;
• Answer all incoming calls in professional manner and direct calls to appropriate parties;
• Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence as well as ensure the postage record is accurate on daily basis;
• Ensure timely submission of the postage record to Singapore Post on monthly basis;
• Assist in any ad-hoc duties as and when required.

Job Requirements

• Minimum O Level / A Level qualification
• Candidates with no experience or entry level are welcome to apply
• Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organized, responsible and committed person
