Salary (commensurate on experience): Up to $2500 (BONUS + Transport

Main Responsibilities:
Assist the Customer Services team in answering customer inquiries through phone, email or "WhatsApps" support.
Provide excellent customer service by listening to and responding to customer needs and concerns in a professional manner.
Accurately process orders, check / print/scan CODO, matching PO while ensuring that customer inquiries are resolved in a timely manner.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and timely resolution of issues.
Keep accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and follow-up actions taken.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while working with customers and other members.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
Requirements:
Currently enrolled in a Diploma or Bachelor\'s degree program in business, communications, or a related field.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
