Description:
Responsible for assisting in the development of ILS deliverables for ILS programmes that meets customer requirements efficiently and on time.




Document Management:


+ Receive, transmit, file, and maintain documents, drawings, and project-related correspondence. + Manage the documents for all project documents



Vendor and Contractor Coordination:


+ Assist in tracking and ensuring contractors submit documents


Record-Keeping and Data Entry:


+ Maintain and update databases + Track important deadlines and manage data entry in E-Service systems.



General Administrative Support:


+ Schedule meetings and appointments. + Maintain organized filing systems.
+ Assist with office duties such as printing, scanning, and managing supplies.



Requirements:






Good proficiency in MS Office Suite Experience in Document Control for engineering projects will be advantageous Good written, verbal communication skills in English is required Able to interact effectively with all levels of staff both internally and externally Able to work independently Willing to commit to 2 years contract



Additional Information:






Location: 16 Benoi Road (Island-wide transport provided) 5 days work week * Working Hours: 7.25am to 5.00pm
