Job Description


Job holder will support Life & Health New Business in data-entry or proof-reading of Insurance applications. Key reponsibilities include:

  • Data entry of complete applications
  • Perform first level follow up for incomplete applications
  • Proof-reading of data entered
  • Do Over-time at month-end or campaign closings
  • Data-entry - commit to work targets of minimum 4 applications per hour without processing error
  • Proof-reading - commit to work targets of minimum 8 applications per hour without processing error
  • Undertake any assignments as and when assigned by supervisor
Qualifications - External
  • Minimum GCE N/O Level with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
  • Must be PC literate.
  • Meticulous and attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and a good team player
  • Keen eye-sight
  • Good memory
