The Admin Assistant (E-commerce Support) provides day-to-day operational and administrative support to the e-commerce function. This role ensures smooth execution of online store operations, accurate data management, order processing, and coordination with internal teams and external partners.
Assist with day to day e commerce operations across platforms (Shopify, Shopee, Lazada, Amazon, TikTok, WhatsApp orders)
Support order processing, order tracking, and coordination with warehouse and delivery teams
Update order status, payment confirmations, and delivery arrangements
Assist in maintaining product listings (pricing, stock availability, basic descriptions, images)
Coordinate refunds, returns, and cancelled orders with internal teams
Respond to basic customer enquiries related to order status and fulfilment
Act as a coordination point between Warehouse, and Drivers for daily operations
Update simple tracking sheets or systems for orders, deliveries, and admin records
Assist in preparing basic weekly or monthly operational reports
Support process documentation and SOP updates when workflows change
Assist during peak sales periods (e.g. 9.9, 11.11, 12.12) with increased order volume
Support system implementation or migration projects (e.g. WMS) where required
Any other duties assigned by Management from time to time
