Job Description


DESCRIPTION

We are looking for enthusiastic individual to join our company. We specialise in books, gifts and stationery and you should be able to work independently, resourceful and service oriented.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Process, supplier invoices
  • Issue cheque , payment voucher, invoicing and cash receipt
  • Update bank payments & receipts
  • Update daily sales reports
  • In charge of petty cash
  • Perform admin duties and operation support to the department
  • Handle phone calls
  • Ad hoc reports and duties

Pre-Requisites

  • \'O\' Level and above
  • 1-2 years relevant working experience
  • Candidate with accounting knowledge is advantageous
  • Good spoken and written communication in English & Mandarin
  • Team player with good attitude
  • Proficient with MS Office
  • Quickbook / Xero knowledge is advantageous

Working Hours: 8.30am - 6.00pm (Mon to Fri)
