Provide administrative assistance, including managing schedules, arranging meetings, handling correspondence, and drafting documents.
Facilitate internal and external communication channels. Answer phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally. Coordinate and distribute information to relevant parties and ensure accurate record-keeping.
Maintain confidential and sensitive information in a secure and professional manner.
Any other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when requested.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma holder from any of the 5 local polytechnics or GCE 'A-Levels' holder
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
