  • Position Title: Admin Assistant
  • Working Location: Geylang Bahru
  • Working Hours: 5.5 days (Mon - Fri, 8.30 am-5.30 pm, Sat 8.30 am-12.30 pm)
  • Salary Package: Basic salary + AWS
  • Duration: Permanent Role
Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating our products and services by talking to vendors and all involved parties, keeping learner records up to date, and maintaining our learning systems.
  • Collecting and analyzing data on our learning programs and putting together reports.
  • Helping to create a great learning setting, managing the logistics, and looking after the equipment used for training.
  • Supporting our business growth by taking part in marketing efforts.

  • Higher Nitec or Diploma in a related field.
