  • 5 days work, office hour 8:30am - 6pm
  • Nearest MRT: Outram Park
The Talent
  • Polytechnic Diploma in Business Practice (Business Management) preferred; GCE "A" Level or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in an administrative or clerical role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confident in navigating and using online and IT systems.
The Job
  • input grant application details into Excel spreadsheets accurately
  • Provide administrative support during grant calls and review meetings.
  • Prepare email announcements using standardized templates.
  • Follow up with Principal Investigators (PIs) to ensure timely submission of annual progress and final reports.
