Responsibilities
Take orders from call/email.
Issue DO, invoices & filing.
Assist in co-ordination with relevant parties for smooth deliveries.
Any ad-hoc & admin support duties assigned by superior.Requirement
Proficient in MS Office Applications and experience in admin support.
Able to communicate in English and Mandarin to liaise with customer.
Must speak simple English and be able to communicate in writing via email.
