Assist the department managers on adminstrative tasks Compiling of sales and marketing reports Application of permits Conduct interviewes Schedule tracking and attendance taking for outstation staffs. Schedule appointments, meetings, and reservations as needed Assist HR Manager on all related HR/Admin duties Team player to work in office environment

Qualifications for Administrative Assistant



Polytechnic diploma Fresh graduate welcome Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office Strong verbal and written communication skills High degree of attention to detail Data entry experience
