Job Description

• Position :Admin Assistant (INVOICE/DATA ENTRY)
• Location : Tuas -Transport provided from Jurong East or Choa Chu Kang
• Working hours : Monday -Friday, 08.15am-5.30pm
• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $2800 (Basic + $250 onsite allowance) + 1 month completion bonus + 14 days annual leave + Medical reimbursement
• Duration : 1 year contract - convertible or renewable
• Industry : Power Generation

Main Responsibilities:

• To perform Purchasing & Contracts (P&C) functional tasks
• General administrative duties, data entry, filing, stock-taking of original contracts
• Other jobs as assigned.

Requirements:

• Min GCE \'N\' or \'O\' Level or diploma.
• Experience with SAP ERP system or EPS (K2) system will be an advantage
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates in view of business communications
