Handle email, time card, weekly safety toolbox, filing, attendance monitoring and personal data documentation.
Preparation & monitoring of production chart.
Manage keys (issue keys / returning keys / making sure information in the logbook is all correct), updating of logbook, filing/signing of log book, first aid monitoring.
Ad-hoc Duties assigned by supervisors.
Job Requirements:
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word
Able to work independently with min supervision
Good communication skills, English-speaking environment
