Requirements
  • Preferably with experience in handling shipping procedures documentation.
Responsibilities
  • Preparation all related export shipping documentations.
  • Liaise with shipping and logistics companies to ensure timely clearance and delivery of shipments to customer.
  • Handling of LC negotiation experience preferred.
  • Maintain systematic filling of documents and follow-up with final negotiation.
  • Issuing invoice, packing list, checking BL draft, chasing schedule
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
