Job Description

We are an established Online/ Instore Jewellery company seeking for an Admin Assistant/ Manager for immediate employment to join our team. Working location at Orchard, 5.5 days.Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls, filing and product admin supports such as shipment, purchasing, copying, quality check
  • Manage timeline
  • Documents sorting
  • Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
  • Able to communicate to craftsmen and craftsmen from Hong Kong and the US
  • Detailed, careful and honest when handling order details and jewellery items
  • Able to problem solve and work within given timeline, in a fast pace environment
  • Maintain polite and professional communication
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, ContractSalary: $2,200.00 - $3,000.00 per monthBenefits:
