Job Highlights

Responsibilities:

• Handle cash, cheque and card payment
• Issue cheque returns to patients
• Handle Medisave e-filing and Insurance claims for patients
• Keying in of invoices and payment reconciliation
• Assist in accounts book-keeping
• Participate in corporate events
• Assist Director in secretarial work
• Other Ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Entry level candidates will be considered
• LCCI/Cat or equivalent eg ACCA will be a valuable asset but is not necessary
• Hardworking, meticulous with numbers and able to work independently
• Some experience in handling Accounts receivables/General Ledger/Others would be a bonus but is not absolutely necessary
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
  
• Other information : 5.5 days work week
• Monday - Friday : 8:30 am - 6:00 pm
• Saturday: 8:30 am - 13:00 pm
• Salary will be appropriately awarded at different levels according to work experience
• Working location: Novena

We have 2 doctors who are Senior Consultants with a wealth of experience, skills and knowledge from Moorfields Eye Hospital in London, UK , and previously Singapore National Eye Centre. Our clinic has 15 staff members consisting of staff nurses, optometrists and admin staff. It is a cosy and intimate environment for all staff where as a team we serve to deliver quality service to our patients. All staff from all levels are highly valued and handsomely rewarded according to their contributions to the company.
