Arrange travel and hotel arrangements : flight, hotel and airport transfer arrangements
Travel arrangement for department offsite meetings
Meeting and Events Coordination : cater, venue, transportation
Assist in booking of meeting rooms
Finance-related preparation and timely submission of director\xe2\x80\x99s expense reports
Reconciliation between claims, credit card dues and payments
Purchase order creation, facilitation of payments to vendors
Job Requirement
At least 3 years relevant experience.
Effective communication skills
Team player, positive attitude, energetic and able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
Meticulous and well organized, great time management, organization and planning skills
Able to multi task, work well under pressure and deliver within tight timeline
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.30pm
Location: Pasir Panjang Road (near Ladrador MRT)
