The Opportunity
- This is an exciting opportunity to work for one of the leading global banks.
- It is an opportunity for an experienced Admin Assistant to join their team
- Diary management, including organizing internal or external meetings
- Coordinating on-boarding and off-boarding work
- Providing support including request handling for application access and obtaining necessary approval for business activities
- Recording client meeting in Compass, registering event in Global Event Management System for client and creating road show for business traveler
- Preparing supporting document for Travel and Expenses reimbursement report and follow up action
- Booking and providing necessary arrangements and documents for business travel
- Managing Office supplies
- Providing ad hoc administrative support
- Minimally 2-4 years of relevant administrative experience
- Fluency in English with excellent communication skills
- Disciplined, mature and able to multi-task independently under pressure
- Pleasant personality and able to work effectively in a team
