Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming phone calls and customer enquiries. * Manage and respond to incoming emails. * Prepare certificates and invoices for customers. * Communicate proactively with customers on job schedules, payments, and other execution details. * Perform general administrative tasks and support daily operations. * Carry out any other ad-hoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements
  • Good communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). * Training will be provided.
