Job Description


Working Hour: Mon-Fri: 830am - 6pm

Scope Overview:

  • Facilitating the daily administrative and HR matters
  • Office general administration including filing, mailing and correspondence
  • Manage Foreign Workers applications/renewal/termination
  • Staff leave administration/training arrangement
  • Maintain and update staff/workers records and contact details
  • Record keeping of any other necessary ISO documents
Requirements:
  • Min. “O” Level
  • Min. 2 years’ experience
  • Familiar with MOM regulations
  • Independent worker
  • Effective team-player with a positive attitude
