Handle emails promptly to ensure customer's payment enquiries are answered accurately and professionally within the stipulated time frame
Liaise and work closely with relevant parties to obtain necessary information to close patient's enquires
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Minimum O or N Level with at least of 1 year of relevant experience in customer service industry.
Possess good communication and written skills
Ability to thrive under pressure with minimum supervision in a high volume and fast pace environment.
