Prepare documents for authority submissions, quotations, project costing etc.
Process payments, invoicing, employee reimbursements.
Follow up/collection of payment for outstanding invoices from accounts receivable
Provide admin clerical support to Managing Director and perform other related duties assigned
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Degree
Preferably at least 1-2 years work experience.
Proficient in in Microsoft Office applications especially Word, Excel, Powerpoint

Pay: $2,700.00 - $3,500.00 per month
