About Glow Eden

Glow Eden brings trending beauty and personal care products to multiple markets. We operate across e-commerce platforms including Lazada, Shopee, and our own Shopify webstore, and we're expanding our team as the business grows.

Key Responsibilities

Fulfill customer orders, including packing and quality checks before dispatch. Manage inventory: monitor stock levels, restock, and purchase supplies as needed. Handle logistics, including

cross-border trips to Johor Bahru

and other errands when required. Assist with data entry and maintain accurate product information. Support daily e-commerce operations, such as updating product listings and handling customer inquiries. Conduct product and competitor research to support business growth.

What We're Looking For

Able to work in a fast-paced environment with strong time management. Independent, proactive, meticulous, and reliable; able to handle tasks and errands independently once trained. Adaptable, flexible, and committed to completing tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong attention to detail, especially when managing order fulfillment and inventory. Good command of English with clear communication skills. Completed at least

ITE (Nitec / Higher Nitec) or equivalent

. Must have own laptop and a valid passport.

Work Details

Locations:

Mainly Woodlands (near Woodlands MRT) and occasionally Sengkang (near Compassvale LRT). Work is primarily on-site; occasional remote work may be required.

Commitment:

Minimum three days a week for at least three months. Candidates who can commit longer are encouraged to apply, as there is scope for more responsibilities and potential long-term opportunities.

Shifts:

Half-day (4 hours) or full-day (8:30am-5:30pm / 9am-6pm / 10am-7pm / 11am-8pm). Exact schedule is flexible and will be discussed.

Pay:

$10 per hour (excluding one-hour meal break for full-day shifts) We operate daily, except on public holidays.
