Job Description


  • Overseeing the company\xe2\x80\x99s full invoice cycles, inclusive of creation to payment of all services rendered to multiple high-end and high-paying clients.
  • Bookkeeping of the invoices to clients when payment is not done on time, while maintaining good relations between client and company.
  • Managing timesheets and claims for staff stationed to other clients across several platforms (both online and offline), and submitting them to be processed by the cut-off period.
  • Maintaining records of staff in and out of office, monitoring use of all office appliances and resources, ensuring a constant reduce the costs thereof, inclusive of phone bills and pantry items.
  • Assisting and escalating of conflicts between staff and management across all departments.
  • Other ad-hoc tasks, such as event management and maintaining publicity on online social platforms.
  • Handle calls and answer queries, business calls and client queries
