Job Description


  • Monday - Friday (8am - 530pm)
  • $1800 - $2200
  • Location: Tanjong Penjuru (Clementi)
Job Responsibilities
  • To perform data entry of all inventory-related transactions into SAP. (ISSUE/RECEIPT/GOOD RECEIPT/RMRS/PICK&PACK)
  • To verify all data entry accuracy and document are relevant before submit to account.
  • To issue manual PO for Operation Purchases
  • To prepare CN/DN application for approval and summit it to AC Dept for billing.
  • Generate weekly report
  • Generate Operation Monthly Report
  • To coordinate stock take / stock check for warehouse & 3PL customer
  • To provide administration support to operations department on staff matters, record and report to HOD (Such as Leave/ Overtime/ Medical Claim / HP Allowance Claim)
  • To provide administration support to operations department.
  • Backup for warehouse coordinator on admin job
  • Other Ad hoc Duties assigned
  • To support and implement ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 procedures and initiatives
Job Requirements
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
  • SAP Knowledge is an advantage
