Liaise with customers on new application and/or renewal of Tenancy Agreement , GIRO application, check-in forms
Liaise with customers on termination such as deposit refund form, check out of workers, issue Tenancy Agreement, IRAS stamping
Attend to phone call and email
Update NAV system for customer\'s data
Administrative task including issue invoice, PO, DO and assist sourcing quotations from supplier
Update weekly/monthly reports to Management
Follow up, monitor and updated on outstanding payment with customers and team
Ad hoc duties require by superior
