Work Description:


Attend meetings and take minutes
Organize and file receipts and documents
Prepare presentation slides for meetings
Coordinate with vendors for events
Handle ad hoc office errands
Manage client relationships

Requirements:


Min qualification:Degree Holder / A-level Holder / Diploma Holder (Local)
Min commitment: At least 3 months

Salary:


$12-13 / hour

Day shift
Working hours: 3-4 days/week, 10am - 4pm, 1hr break
