Address tenant inquiries, complaints, requests, and feedback regarding repairs and submit recommendations to the landlord.

Prepare standard handover kits, including keys, accessories, and an inventory list, and conducted thorough pre-handover inspections of apartments, identifying defects and suggesting rectification measures.
Manage the inventory list and collaborated with contractors and service providers to ensure timely completion of tenancy-related tasks at the required standard.
Conducted professional check-in sessions and provided assistance to facilitate tenants\' smooth moving in and out of the apartments.
