Job Description
- Position : Admin Assistant (Sales Order Processing/Simple duties/WEST) - Up to $3000
- Location : West - Bukit Batok
- Working hours : Monday to Friday | 8.30am to 5.30pm
- Salary (commensurate with experience) : Up to $3000 + Variable Bonus + Annual Leaves + Medical Benefits
- Duration : Permanent
- Industry : Industrial Supplies & Wholesale Trade
- Maintains sales and administrative workflow
- Assist in order processing, quotations, tracking, fulfilment and invoicing for respective customers
- Co-ordinate import and export of goods with prompt and accurate shipping documentation
- Understanding of sales contracts. Handle and provide resolution to customer enquiry or issues
- Coordinating interdepartmental materials
- Vendor management for cost effective procurement
- Any other duties assigned by supervisor
- Minimum of O\' or N\' Level with experience in a sales support role for B2B sales
- Proficient in Ms Excel
- Able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision and good team player
- Bilingual in English and Mandarin to communicate with Chinese clients who can only speak mandarin.
