The Personnel shall be competent to perform the following:
Customer Service:
\xc2\xb7 Handle phone calls and receive walk-in enquiries from staff, students and the public, following the proper redirection of messages and phone calls to the relevant parties.
Student Well-being:
\xc2\xb7 Attend to injury
\xc2\xb7 Attend to student who need to use sick bay
\xc2\xb7 Accompany student to clinic
\xc2\xb7 Contact the parent of sick student
Administer of application of FAS, SAC bursary
Assist to put up notice to invite student to apply for the bursary
Issue of application form, recorded the application
Verify the applicant\'s details into the system for processing and approving.
Provide admin support for ad-hoc school events
\xc2\xb7 Help to arrange and label the seat arrangement for the PTM
\xc2\xb7 Help to label the exam table for the exam candidate
\xc2\xb7 Help to put up notice and sign board for examination
\xc2\xb7 Assist to order transport for school event
Provide support to the office service
\xc2\xb7 Ensure keys issue to staff who has book room for activities are properly recorded and maintained
\xc2\xb7 Verify document submit by staff for payment and claim
\xc2\xb7 Any other duties assigned
Mondays to thursdays : 8.30 AM to 5.30 PM
Friday : 9.00 AM to 6.00 PM
Salary Range
$2,000 - $2,000
