Job Description


Job Scope:a) Perform customer facing tasks such as answering and directing phone calls, providing information and services and attending to walk- in enquries/ requests from students, visitors, parents and suppliers in the General Office (this include going to the classrooms to bring the pupils down to the General Office or vice versa);b) Manage lost and found items;c) Managing sickbay records and taking care of medically unwell students, providing basic first aid to injured students, liaising with students and their parents/guardians;d) Manage delivery of items (such as label the items, updating records, bring the delivery man to the storage place, follow up with items e.g. delivery orders);e) Perform simple administrative and office work (e.g. prepare/verify information/documents, scanning/ faxing/ photocopy/ laminiating documents, managing records); andf) Assist teachers in prepare teaching materials.Contract Duration: 1 Jan 2025 - 30 Nov 2025Working Hours:

  • Mondays to Thursdays: 7:30am to 4:30pm
  • Fridays: 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Service not required on Saturdays, Sundays and gazetted public holidays
