Key Responsibilities:

Administration
Accountable for the overall office administration including but not limited to maintenance and replenishment of office supplies, upkeeping high level of safety and hygiene in office, renovation (when necessary) etc. for both regional office and market unit Singapore.
Organise logistic arrangement for onsite regional meetings such as venue setup, catering arrangement, visitor access, etc.
Handle expense reimbursement for regional office.
Support quarterly stock take of fixed assets.
Act as the first point of contact for visitors.
Act as back up for Senior Executive - Office Administration
HR
Support development, implementation and coordination of employee activities.
Support any departmental projects assigned by VP, Human Resources, Region Asia Pacific.
Qualifications & Experience

Diploma holder
Minimum of 5-6 years of administration experience preferably with exposure in HR administration
Able to prioritise, multi-task and work independently
Detail-oriented and strong team spirit
Strong organisation, planning and execution skills
Able to communicate with all walks of life
* Computer literate and proficient in English
