Responsibilities:
To compute daily production incentives for workers
To update workers' attendance and leave via the e-leave portal and time attendance system
To verify invoices and DOs including updating in EBS
To assist HR in work permit renewals and medical appointment for workers
To manage the filing systems
To assist in company transport arrangement and company's events, if any
Any other general admin tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Min GCE 'N' level or office skills certificate
Able to work independently and priortise daily work tasks
Pleasant personality and a can-do attitude
Good organisational, planning and communication skills
